Isithian

Isithians are avid slave hunters and traders, using slaves from a certain planet to procure more members of their race (and the slaves do it out of fear, trying to avoid punishment). Each slave hunter is given a quota to fill, and they, in turn, use the people they're given to fill that quota.
Despite the cruel and cold nature of the Isithians, they are very protective of their slaves and keep them in pristine condition and health.
